LPCANC is currently accepting nominations for elected board positions.
PRESIDENT ELECT
The LPCANC President elect is elected by the membership at the annual membership meeting for a term of one (1) year. This begins a three-year commitment as this person goes on to serve as President for one (1) year and Past President for one (1) year.
Duties:

Duties:
- Assist the Conference Committee Co-Chairs
- Assist the President in the implementation of the annual goals for the association
- In the absence of the LPCANC President on an emergency or planned basis, assume all duties and authority of the LPCANC President
- Serve on the LPCANC Executive Committee
- Serve on the LPCANC Finance Committee
- Contribute regularly to the association newsletter
TREASURER
The LPCANC Treasurer is elected by the membership at the annual membership meeting for a term of two (2) years.
Duties:
The LPCANC Treasurer is elected by the membership at the annual membership meeting for a term of two (2) years.
Duties:
- Chair the LPCANC Finance Committee
- Consult with any administrative staff on matters related to financial affairs of association (e.g., investments, tax preparation, expense and reimbursements, etc.)
- Along with the Executive Director, prepare annual budget for association and submit to the
- Finance Committee and then the Board of Directors for approval
- Assist board members and committee chairs with budget preparation, if needed
- Work with any administrative staff to prepare regular reports of income and expenditure
- Submit reports of income and expenditure to the Board of Directors on a regular basis (i.e., monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, etc.)
- Prepare annual financial report for membership to be submitted at Annual Membership Meeting
- Recommend revisions in LPCANC fiscal policies to the Board of Directors
- Write a regular column for the association newsletter informing membership of current financial status and finance related business
- Serve on the LPCANC Executive Committee
